The main casting machine are more than 100 sets, such as Japan SINTO FBO production line and FBM production line, resin sand production line, molding machine production line. The main manufacturing methods are green sand and resin sand. The main machining equipments are CNC machining centers, NC lathes, boring lathe, vertical lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, planing machine, broaching machine, drill machine, and turning machine, etc. The main physical and chemical equipments include spectral analyzer. Omnipotence hydraulic pressure test equipment, Metallographic analyzer, Ultrasonic detector, HB hardness analyzer and so on. The dimension check equipment is CMM (worktable size 1200´900). All of the testing equipments are complete. We have got the ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certificate in Dec.2001.
